Items ship from our showroom/warehouse location in Estonia. Once the order is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent.
All orders placed on Monday through Friday will ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed during holidays, special promotions, or weekends may take an extra 1-2 business days for order processing.
Standard door to door or pick location delivery is between 3 EUR (4 USD) and 25 EUR (28 USD) within the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Rumania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK), subject to your location, and between 25 EUR (28 USD) and 29 EUR (33 USD) for Norway, Switzerland, Canada and United States.
Delivery times vary based on the delivery address. Most packages will arrive within 2-7 business days for standard door to door shipping if the delivery address is located in the European Union. Shipping outside of the European Union will take 7-10 days or longer.
All orders are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from our showroom/warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery or make a note that you are accepting a damaged box.

If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- All items must be unaltered in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Personalized items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Merchandise will be credited back to the original method of payment, free exchange, or store credit minus shipping expenses.
For Registered Users to initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Login to our online store portal using your email address and order ID.
- Choose a product you wish to return or exchange from your order history.
- Send an item back to us using the shipping information provided.
For Unregistered Users to initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer experience team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your return. We will send you the instructions for the return via email. We will refund the amount paid for the merchandise, as well as any taxes that were charged (excluding shipping charges) back to the original method of payment.
You will be responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Giftbori is not responsible for any lost returns.
After we have received your valid return and returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. If your return is accepted by us, we will provide one of the following within a 15 day period: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
If you would like to make an exchange, please follow the return steps above and return your unused order back to us for a refund and create a new purchase for the item on our site.
