ORDERING

How do I check the status of my order?
Once you have placed an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you, showing a status of your order. You can also see the status of your order by logging into your account. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number and indicating order status change under your account.

Can I make changes to my order?
You can only make changes to your order before it ships, but you must notify us immediately. If the change takes place, it may delay the shipment. We cannot make any changes or cancel an order after the items are shipped.

How long will it take my order to get to me?
Delivery times vary based on the delivery address. Most packages will arrive within 2-7 business days for standard door to door shipping if the delivery address is located in the European Union. Shipping outside of the European Union will take 7-10 days or longer. 

Can I order without registering?
You can order without registering, but you will not have access to your account and convenience of tracking your order status.

Is the ordering process secure?
Yes, we take steps to ensure the privacy and security of all our customer transactions. We use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and the highest encryption standards in the industry.

Can I have my order gift-wrapped?
Yes, you always have an option to add a gift-wrapping along with a note when checking out and completing your order.

PAYMENT

What type of payments are accepted?
We accept all Major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and also PayPal.

What currencies can I pay in?
We process all orders in EUR. While the content of the cart is also showing in USD, you will check out using EUR at the most current exchange rate. 

SHIPPING

What countries do you ship to?
We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, and United States. If your country is not listed, please contact our Customer Support to check if other options are available.

How do I track my order?
You can see the status of your order by logging into your account. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number and indicating order status change under your account.

Do I need to pay customs duties?
For majority countries, you will not have to pay customs duties. However, depending on your location, in some instances, import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us.

RETURNS

Do you accept returns?
Yes, if you are looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer free returns (shipping is not included) or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions apply:
- All items must be unaltered in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Personalized items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 15 days of receiving the item at our showroom or warehouse. 
Once we approve your return, the exchange, reimbursement, or credit will be issued within 15 days of our support team accepting your return.

EXCHANGES

Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, if you would like to make an exchange, please follow the return steps and return your unused item to us within 15 days for an exchange and create a new purchase for the item at our site. 

MISCELLANEOUS

Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we run occasional email campaigns with great deals. To qualify for discounts, please sign up for our newsletter.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, you can choose a boxed gift card in our signature box delivered by courier or personalized gift card sent directly to the recipient email.

Do you have physical stores/showrooms?
In addition to our web presence, we have physical showrooms in Europe and opening a new store in California in the second half of the year in 2020
